Trucking company research for drivers

Find a trucking company worth driving for.

Research carriers, compare pay, read driver reports, and find current openings before you apply.

Search active motor carriers by default. Enter a USDOT number for one exact company.

308 current openings published by 1 carrier, read from the carriers’ own sites. Search them.

What you can check on a company

Coverage differs by company. Every carrier in the FMCSA census has a registration record; carrier-published jobs and pay exist only where we have verified a company’s own site, and driver-reported pay only where drivers have contributed.

Hiring now

Ordered by how many openings each carrier currently publishes. That is a fact about a careers page, not a ranking of pay, safety, or what the job is like.

Work out what a job actually pays

Turn a carrier’s offer into a weekly number you can compare, then see it beside what other drivers reported — without the two being added together.

Open the pay calculator

These three are never combined into a single salary estimate. They come from different people answering different questions, and averaging them would produce a number nobody said.

Companies are grouped by the principal physical address they reported to FMCSA. That is where a company is registered — not a hiring area, and not where its drivers run.

Where this comes from

FMCSA
The federal Company Census File: registration status, roles, fleet counts and principal address. Every company page shows the vintage of the extract it came from.
Carriers’ own sites
Job postings and pay statements read from pages carriers publish themselves, for companies whose site we have verified. Each record carries the date it was last confirmed; nothing is presented as live.
U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics for heavy and tractor-trailer truck drivers, May 2025 release.
Drivers
Pay reports and reviews contributed by drivers, published as aggregates once enough exist that no individual can be identified from them.

The FMCSA principal address shows where a company is registered — not a hiring area, and not where its drivers run. A registration is not evidence that a company is currently hiring, and an advertised figure is not evidence of what anyone was paid.
